I got my replacement Halo in the mail yesterday YAY!!! Microshit wasnt even kind enough to give me the big box that comes with it, a cd case or even just a sleeve. Only the cd in a huge envelope.

there, i just emailed them about mine. i dindt even have to install the thing i just had to pop it in and put in my product key to get the product id.
