Who Killed the Electric Car? We Aren't Sure Anyone Did
I still don't think that even if the electric car were to be introduced if it will still have flourishing sales. America sucks (pun intended) in gas consumption. Unlike Europe where they try new things to make motors that don't consume as much gas. American companies are merely improving a gas guzzling engine. Europeans and Asian motor companies are forced to revolutionize their motor industry because their gas goes for really expensive. Imagine playing 2+ dollars for a litler of gas! I have a European cousin who moved here last year and told me that he was awed at how bigs the vehicules here. You wouldn't find a Hummer in Europe. Just shows how our priorities are different across a pond.
