apple obviously knew about it and would rather pay the fine than take some different name. what the hell else would they call it anyway? cisco was smart though to see it comming and buying the name right away, pretty jooish way to make some dough though...

Apple should just trademark using i befor any object.... much easier and doable... I think.. im not a man of law knoledge...
